Moonlet Method is a holistic approach to mindful movement, created by Dilara. It combines yoga, nervous system regulation and body awareness — for people who don't need more pressure, but a space where strength is allowed to be quiet. We offer individual sessions, mini courses and Executive Performance Coaching.

We offer four yoga styles: Hatha Yoga (classical, all levels), Yin Yoga (slow, restorative, fascia work), Vinyasa Flow (dynamic, breath-based, intermediate to advanced) and Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation in a lying position). Each style has its own quality — choose what resonates with you today.

Classes take place both in Munich (studio in person) and online via Zoom. You will receive the exact studio address and Zoom link by email after booking. Executive coaching sessions can also be arranged at your location on request.

No prior experience is required for Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra — these classes are open to all levels. Some basic knowledge is helpful for Vinyasa Flow, but not mandatory. When booking for the first time, simply mention your experience level in the comments field.

Yes, all classes are available online via Zoom. You only need a stable internet connection, some space and — if you like — a yoga mat. The Zoom link is sent automatically to your email after booking.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the class starts. After that, a cancellation fee may apply. Please send an email with your name and the class date. For details on the tiered cancellation policy, see our Terms & Conditions.
